It is kind of strange to see True Solo games. Cards that are usually situational or too slow for other reasons become so strong when one mage gets all the turns. Even when it is only 3 turns per round. Tough as hell, the priorities are just so different!

Yes in solo mode mage become very powerful , same as Nemesis, always tough and tension fight. I love it! Kind of feeling play same as you play against alive opponent. All potential is here , you get 100% of the game every time. Different Mages, Nemesis, supply and game change dramatically. I love it. Seems like Friend and Foe module brings some very interesting changes in True solo game. I cannot wait to get Descent in my hands. Thank you for your cooperation I will bring more videos soon

I hope you will enjoy the Descent! And not feel like the friend takes too much of the game away from you :)

I love that you use the die for the strike deck! Saves soooo much shuffling! 13:18 - Sorry for being the bringer of bad news, but I am afraid Dual Flash does not work that way :/ You cannot use its effect to cast itself. When you cast a spell, it is immidiately placed into the discard pile before resolving the cast effect, so it won't be there when you activate its effect. Also just imagine. If it worked this way, it was an almost unconditional 4dmg spell (in two seperate instances) for just 3 aether, that's way above curve and easy S+ tier! I have not re-calculated your game two to check how this misunderstanding impacts the game. Getting a lot of Dual Flashes are great though, I could have seen a path where you just went down the route of opening all breaches and having 5 of them in your deck. Or maybe just 4, but just always ensuring you have 2 of them in each hand. I don't think you so much lost the first game due to a few bad mistakes, but moreso I feel like you went too hard on economy. Like economy is really strong in true solo, but you did not manifest that as much into the big damaging spells. Monstrous Inferno is of course not easy to deal with for a mage with just 3 breaches, but having it combined with Blasting Staff and your thin deck would have been amazing! 25:46 - You forget to draw a new Nemesis card. You lost the game anyways, so it does not matter too much. 1:08: 18 - Are you talking an extra free turn here? I did not see you draw a Player Turn order card for this turn, and then you draw a new turn order card immidiately after. Consider bringing the life of the Nemesis and Gravehold closer to the camera so we can see the life totals and the stakes of the game a little bit better. Love your enthusiasm for the game!

@oarmfan ok i see your point, Dual Clash will be in Discard pile when text will be resolve, so it cannot target himself. Got it thank you

Completely understandable! There is a lot of stuff going on, and then recording, feeling the pressure to make fast decisions and explaining yourself! I know how it is. All of our mistakes just get caught on video 😅 And rule misunderstandings are just a bit more important to get corrected when playing for an audience.
