The Eagles Glenn Frey and Don Henley got their start as part of the backing band for Linda Ronstadt, but when it was Linda that couldn't make it to her Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame induction in 2014, it was Frey who ushered her in and then spoke only about her in the Rock Hall press room.

His voice, lyrics and style will always resonate with me. He may have not been the most liked guy but the Eagles wouldn't have been who they are without him. Woman wanted to be with him and men wanted to be him! Hell of a ride I'm sure. Rest in peace Glenn.
