On the front that sounds like the right solution but, sadly the reality if that change was made would be minimal. Yeah like baby aspirin or Tylenol. Also don't forget insulin and penicillin. Truth is kids who get fat on junk have LAZY IRRESPONSIBLE parents/guardians. Who wants to set meals times for 3 meals per day then get everyone seated and then to clean up when you can just hit up the drive through and be done with the entire feeding process in under 5 min. Zero clean up, just trash your baggies. Forget formula for a baby, that takes time and planning. just pump in some cola into the bottle and kids are as happy and "peppy: as they can be. It's pure joy to see their eyes roll back in their head as the rush of the taste sensation hits the receptors. Pure pleasure. Forget the natural cooking. Bland. Corp food is where the fireworks blast flavors and experiences with each bite.

@Rick James5678 although I usually hold that very opinion on most things, on this subject, I disagree. In a lab, using mice, or rats, in a series of experiments and tests, they wanted to see what substance was more addictive to the mice. They used heroin, sugar, and maybe a third substance, I can't remember. Time after Time those mice, chose the sugar. Showing sugar to be one of the most addictive substances available, that we consume. More addictive than heroin. ( And even you know, "cocaine is a hell of a drug" and so is heroin. Lol) It's disturbing to read the ingredients on things and see sugar in everything even a can of kidney beans. It's used as a preservative, but very addictive and DAMN NEAR impossible to avoid.

There are 4 steps in marketing which we call AIDA. Awareness - People knowing the brand Interest - People being responsive towards the brand or having a thought about the brand Desire - to buy the product Action - buying the product. Being aware is only the first step, people need more information to buy a product which the marketing teams provide to increase the engagement between the product and the users. So, people need to be more cautious when dealing with brands and products they buy People usually think that color is inconsequential, however, color and shapes are commonly associated with brands and they are easy to remember. By reinforcing colour through apps, the company is engaging with the customers on a level which the customer doesn't understand.

They should be held completely responsible for shoving their brands down everyone's throats and expecting people to simultaneously magically be healthy. These brands know fully well how bad their products are for you but never want to back down or change the way they are because they're lining their fat pockets and riding their yacht, and just want to shoo any criticism down the drain.
