I attempted to jump from one scaffold to another both scaffolds swayed because of my momentum and downward I went. My Cold Steel American Lawman caught the side of the platform. Gave me just enough time to get my two hands on a vertical section and prevent the fall. The belt clip and screws were basically done in, but I wasn't. The knife is still in great shape minus the belt clip. I was pretty banged up but it could have been worse. I didn't report it because I was doing sketchy shit. Now my EDC is the Code 4. No assistance necessary! 😁

I was sliding. Fell at first and then slid like mad toward the bottom of the steep rock face. There was a few horizontal lines from erosion, the grip and holster caught one of them and, basically, hung me up by my britches and allowed me to crab crawl off the side.
