Glocks are not perfect…I’ve upgraded the trigger, mounting plate system, and sights on my “perfect” Glock. Do they work? Yes. But FAR from perfect. I prefer my P10C over my G45 any day of the week

Repition and consistency on hand control and positioning is a big key to consistent accuracy. That H508T will definitely help as well. The TLR-HD will make a good barrel weight and should help with quick follow ups. As well as to prevent action press failures thanks to the light sticking out beyond the barrel. @@SargeC4Defense That TLR Light might be enough weight without adding the guide rod. But if you carry w/o the light any at all, maybe consider it. On my 45ACP it tames the snappy rise better. But my TLR3 stays on, but of course it’s much lighter.

Have the G45 with the Holosun 507C Green dot. Great setup for me. Only other change I make is adding an extended take down lever. Just easier for me. Great firearm.

Good looking G45. I have the G19 MOS Gen 5 with the HE508T. I'm running the CHPWS v3 plates instead of the Glock plates. I wish they would have had the G45 MOS at the time I bought my G19 MOS.

I absolutely love my G45. The only thing I didn’t like about my G19 was that my pinky rested right on that flare at the bottom of the Gen 5 grip.

I use to have a CzP07, but when the glock 45 came. Gave it up for the 45.Never look back, for even sec. Glock did it right this time. I'm not a fan boy. But could be a little now. It just fit. CZ's r nice,but not when the shtf. Will not see, whole lot of those mags.

I’ve got the 19x. Just bought the 45 mos. Wonder which optics it’s actually ready for? I’m a Holosun person and I can’t find anything saying for sure if you need an adapter plate or not. Obviously the 508t will work but there are so many its unclear. I had to use an adapter plate on my hellcat pro to use the 407k. I’d like t lo put the 507c on the 45.

If you’re going to run a tlr1, you might as well carry a Glock 17. 45 only makes sense if you’re going to run the tlr7

A 45 with the tlr1hl will have slightly less recoil than a 45 with the tlr7a. Also a lot of people choose the tlr1hl instead of the tlr7a on their 19s and 45s so that the gun doesn’t go out of battery when in close quarters (seems to be the biggest reason, but if you have a comp than you won’t need a longer light). As far as looks and comfortability go, the tlr7a makes the most sense. That recoil reduction, battery protection, and extra 500 lumens is nice tho

The G45 has a little longer grip than the G19. That’s pretty much the only difference.

I would have really liked to see you set the camera up so you can see how those ameriglow sights co-witness with the red dot. You were 90% there about a minute into the video but just needed to adjust the angle of the glock or camera slightly and we could have seen straight thru the glass.

The G45 just has a full size grip (17 rds), vs the G19’s compact grip (15 rds), with basically everything else being the same. The G45 just fits my hand better than the Gen5 G19 does.

@@SargeC4Defense Not sure whats your background but the red dot eliminates the need to keep one eye closed. There's no need to close one eye or concentrate to do the task. Lastly, situational awareness is key, by closing your eye it hinders your field of view.
