the problem wasnt the glove itself, it was the fact that the "same" leone pair looked like a 12 oz compared to the one aj's team chose. So robert said i want exactly the same gloves as aj, not the ones which looked completely different. thats it, and the audacity from team aj to say that the second pair of leone gloves were exactly the same is laughable when all you have to do is look at them to see the difference.

Helenius is coming off a fight just a week ago today, and the least Team Helenius can ask the BBB of C for is a fair fight. He's putting his life at risk by stepping into the boxing ring, and doubles down on the risk by taking another fight almost immediately after his last one. I'm glad Team AJ agreed to Team Helenius' request for the same gloves to be worn.

Second the brand Helenuis chose known for such issues since it is not the best quality so you do expect the padding to be off balance in terms of placement or volume. Allowing to non belted fighters to choose their gloves shouldn't be allowed. Standardise the gloves throughout the division only champion can make small alterations. Remove all rematches aswell unless it's a title fight, remove all fight selections and negotiations from promoters. Clear ranking system, fighters fight 4 times a year unless injured and fight pre determined based on rank. Fight cards would automatically have more important fights every time, making PPVs worthwhile.

Helenius just made a Wilder like mistake. He’s so busy worrying about the brand of gloves Joshua’s fighting in that he switches his gloves to a brand he never uses to be equal. You pick the gloves you fight in for two reasons. A to protect your hands and B for your fighting style. Wilder switched his gloves to match Fury’s in the 3rd fight and what happened? He broke his hand. Hopefully Helenius has sparred or used those gloves before. Otherwise on fight night it might blow up in his face as well

Which is a positive but a negative. It’s a positive for a puncher because once u put ya wraps on and put the glove on you have no room in the glove. It’ll be like gettin punched with a brick. The negative is since they’re tampered they’re a lil smaller than other brands. So for defense you have to be switched on. Don’t have as much glove to protect you when you put your hands up

Fighters dont have to use the same gloves as they can promote different, but rules should be applicable to all brands, difference should only exist for marketing purposes. The difference is one pair is punchers gloves horse hair padding and one is foam padding both brands have foam versions and horse hair versions you can’t compare the two types nothing shady here. Try Everlast MX the most vicious boxing glove ever if you have the hand health and strength too even use use them with out hurting your hands.

Frank Smith looks well dodgy to me. Look at him, pawing all over Lindstrom and trying to butter him up, after Team Joshua were caught trying to cheat with the gloves. And who was the guy hiding behind a bush hat and a pair of shades, who was saying the gloves were “alright?” What a shitty move, and so obvious as well. Perhaps they hoped Team Helenius would only pick up the more padded of Joshua’s gloves, and not notice the other thinly padded one. No wonder the usually chilled Helenius was pissed off.
