22:14 I always used to wear FULL face of makeup to school EVERYDAY. And for me it became a problem, because it made me so unused to see my bare face that i became really insecure and couldn’t go outside without wearing all my makeup. So for me, putting in the extra effort everyday became a way to hide my insecurities. Now i don’t have that problem anymore, and i can feel pretty and confident without makeup. I still wear makeup to certain occasions, but now i use it more to bring forward the features i like, instead of changing them. So i just want to say that the bare faced you is beautiful - you don’t need to wear makeup!

I feel this. In middle school, makeup was the first thing I did when I woke up because I couldn't stand to look at my natural face in the mirror for too long. As an adult, I become more aware of my thoughts before I put on makeup to be sure I don't slip back into that mindset.

another glow up tip: when you're wearing leggings or tight fitted pants invest in some seamless undies! i personally use ones from pink and they are really thin and work really well to ensure a put together look because no one wants to see your underwear lines!

I wanted to be a nurse because I wanted to help people with there medical problems and more. I felt like I was very good at it. I’m only having this recommended now! I love these tips however in terms of skincare I think it’s important to note that most people under the age of like 25 don’t NEED that many products I spent so much of my wage in the summer on glow recipe and while it’s nice my skin isn’t much different to when I was just using drugstore stuff (I do have decent skin already though). More of a tip for people that don’t have lots of disposable income or for people that might not have their own income to splurge with (teens)

I was having problems with my this too, and I started to use antibacterial hand soap on my armpits and feet, and it got rid of the bad smell under my arms. I thought it was my deodorant, but that smell comes from the bacteria that sits on the skin. I highly recommend!

The best deodorant I’ve tried is WILD deodorant the vanilla and coconut scent! I also liked the cotton and mint scent but it’s kinda ”too fresh” paired with a softer perfume, they have other scents as well. There’s no mix of deodorant with BO like with usual deodorants (as per my experience). After I a full day I still can only smell the scent of the deo
