Your plans have made me leaner, faster, stronger and more capable then I was in the “prime” of my athletics. I always rave about you every chance I get as the best personal trainer, which is an understatement; you are nothing short of amazing and the encouragement and content you provide have changed my life! Thank you so much! This plan is coming in the perfect time in my life, after having baby #2 and wrapping up your brilliant Postnatal Plan! I can’t wait to begin this new phase! Hi Ashley! I’m expecting our 4th baby and I’m working my 4th time through the prenatal plan. I discovered you when expecting our first. I’ve recovered from three pregnancies with your 12- week postpartum plan. I’m jazzed about this new 10-min plan when I finish the PP plan a 4th time! My diastasis recti was slightly more difficult to close after my 3rd, so I repeated the PP abs again and BOOM back to normal! I recommend you to all my mama friends, who ask if I work out and what I do. I used to be an avid gym-goer and worked as a personal trainer. I never would have imagined enjoying at-home workouts so much, but after our 2nd was born, I just couldn’t leave my babies so often to go to the gym. Even just two days a week was too much time away from them, it wasn’t worth it to me. By then, I knew that with your workouts I could really enjoy working out at home- in a fraction of the time, with even better results! Thanks for taking the time to do this for me as a homemaker, wife and mother. I love being able to click and go! And thanks you for showing us that women can be fit and healthy, while still prioritizing their families! My three boys enjoy working out along side me and ask if Ashley is my friend. I followed your prenatal plan and was SO thankful to have a plan that met my fitness level even while pregnant. I'm currently 3 months postpartum and in phase 3 of your postnatal plan, which I have been loving so much! I plan to possibly repeat phase 3 to get myself more fully back to where I want to be... And then I am definitely going to be purchasing this new plan! We also eat plant based so I'm really looking forward to the recipes as well! So excited for this and love the way you approach fitness... You keep me working at a higher fitness level while helping me feel okay about the realities of life, being a mom, and my post-partum body. Thank you so much for doing what you do. You have made such a difference for this mama 💙

I am so excited for this plan. I've been trying (and failing) to start another round of LFCS. With a new house that needs updates, family visiting frequently, and some awesome new opportunities at work that have kept me super busy, I haven't been in the gym as much as I typically am. That's caused some underlying stress for me so I'm super excited for something that I can do at home that will help me stay in shape until life calms down enough to get back to the gym 5 days a week. I'm probably in the best shape I have EVER been in my life and have a better sense of "intuitive eating". Watching your videos religiously I dropped 31 pounds in 2 months and got pregnant and follow your prenatal plan and extra. You've seriously completely changed my life. I've only gained 3 pounds this pregnancy and am 30 weeks. (Healthy for me) definitely will be doing your postnatal and whatever you release in the future! I've never had this much muscle on me and FELT this great at 30 weeks. You're a blessing! 💕

GlowBodyPT I have a 10 year old 😊 basically I am starting all over with my 4 month old. I have a few questions.. will this plan be available after Nov 22? Also if I don’t want to do the Yoga part of the program, will it affect the weekly workout plan? Also is this a download once you pay for it or is it DVDs? Lol sorry new at this. 😂

Hey Ashley! My wife & I are doing this program together, and we love it. I have a question re: the idea behind stretching the back, if you don't mind: I've been taught that it's important to exercise the muscles pertaining to any joint in the full extent of that joint's range of motion, so that they will be strong enough to protect the joint through all the joint's movements. Yet I've seen a paradox: we stretch our backs to gain/maintain back flexibility, yet when we work the back out, trainers caution us to keep our back straight, or maybe a little bit of a bow, when leaning over. is the back still somehow protected in its full range of motion, or are we exercisers doomed to an excellent-posture-or-else strategy?

Excited! I'm on week 11 of the postpartum plan and I got this on the sale. I will prob repeat some phases of the PPP because my tummy is still way out there (one finger gap though? I stopped repeating the ab workout 3x/week cause I noticed that), then unless anyone sees a reason to do the 10min plan first, I want to go with the running first! Because we have a run in our community on Thanksgiving and I usually barely stagger through the one mile...but they also do a 7k! Think I can do it? 💪

Hi Ashley- I’m on the last week of your 12 week PP plan and want to continue to start the 10 minute plan. I can already run 3 miles- but a slow 11 minutes is all I can do because of my knee. I don’t plan on getting faster yet at this point but I would still like to incorporate a slow run in my schedule.Should I do the reg 5k workouts or the advanced workouts? The runs would be the same for me regardless. I’m trying to see if there’s a difference in your videos. Thank you!

I’m ready interested in your plans. I used many of your videos during my pregnancy and I felt amazing. I’m six months postpartum and looking to get back into my old self. I’m just concerned because I don’t feel confident in my stomach muscles with high impact. Do you recommend the postpartum plan or the 10 min plan?
