So no one on videos is really explaining. Do you do sets/reps or hold it for so long a time?.

You hold it at the top for a short while then lower your hips slowly back down to repeat the exercise

Hold it at the top for around 5 seconds, then slowly lower down, repeat 15 reps x 3 sets, make sure to keep your abs and glutes activated to avoid curving the spine too much

do 10 reps then 20 and then 30 if you’re up to it :) hope this helps as I’m also trying to lose weight

Do it the best way you feel it in your body. Because everyone is different. I curve my spine when I do it🫠

I just saw a video saying push bridge from heals and now a video saying toes …. Social media is a joke when it comes to fitness 🤣

Yeah, pushing heels only is the correct way, however keeping the foot flat also works. Never do it pushing toes down. Also palms down is incorrect, you don't want to roll the shoulders in, you want palms up to open the posture
