Thank you! These videos on brain causing pain have given me my life back. I scored very high on the mind side and low on the body. I spent the summer with no running, swimming, motorcycle and very little walking. My fear and pain kept growing and my world was getting smaller. Now I tell myself thatI I am fine and not injured. I busy my mind with subjects other than my health and move in ways that feel good. The pain has mostly faded away and I’m doing all the things I love again! Thank you Dr Charlie! My doctors and PT did not give me this kind of information. So grateful!

This is my 10 th week. Now iam 75 % 👌 stopped all the medicines, little pain in thigh and butt, doing exercise, praying to jesus and also started writing gods words, promises declaring for my healing in jesus name, praying for others too.

Using your faith and repeating the promises of God is important. Whatsoever you desire when you pray believe you receive it and you shall have it. Slowly start exercising and using the muscles gently six times a week That your body remember that for decades and decades, it knows how to move without pain. If you overdo it one day, no problem just pull back and then go forward again.

When sitting down is a struggle, you know it's bad! Thanks-my butt and I are forever grateful!

Good session. Could I add, sitting as much as possible may not be as indicated as sitting for longer periods progressively. Or break up the sitting for 2 hours, for example, to 4 half hour sessions, walking around in between.

I am not convinced. In general, physiotherapy has failed at relieving long term pain. I think it is about misalignment and it is mechanical. This " it is all on your head" is ridiculous. I have enjoyed your videos prior to this. Here is where you lost me. Nonsense. I think we lack the tools to see deep inside the body. Maybe when the robots take over we will be diagmosed correctly and treated appropriately!

Hey Fiola- thanks for watching. I never said "it's all in your head" - you did. Sounds like this video didn't align with your belief system- which is okay. But keep in mind that what I share above is based off sound science and evidence. This isn't about what you or I think or feel or believe... it's about being objective- looking at the evidence and arriving at a diagnostic probability based off the data -not our feelings. The goal here isn't to convince anyone... just to share my experience and knowledge. Brian thought his pain was all about misalignment and mechanical issues... but that turned out to be nonsense- as he learned when he opened his eyes to a different- more evidence based approach. There is no inability to see deep inside the body... x-rays, MRI's, CT scans and other diagnostic tests already exist- and we know that in general - people who get these tests do much worse than people who do not. Treat the person, not the picture. Thanks for your feedback.
