Thank you for this practice! It definitely felt so good for my whole body this rising actually. Mostly my legs, arms, and hips opening. I feel relaxed and ready for the day. Also like I could use a more leg focused stretch

Just tired this for the first time and I feel good. It feels achievable to build my strength and flexibility this way and I was able to challenge myself to stay present and breathe. I feel proud that I showed up even though I'm sick.
