Thank you for sharing! Nice and quick and a really good legs stretch! 💜 Imma be working on splits again starting in the fall. I have one 10 mile race I'm prepping for and then I can focus on the splits after that and hope I can actually do splits this year! 🧘🏾‍♀️🧎🏾‍♀️💜🧚🏾‍♀️

it’s normal. i’d say continue your practice & focus on your breathing or do videos centered around mindfulness.

Hi Nico! I’ve seen many of your videos as of today, and I want to say that I love how your routines are different from each other and that you have one for so many situations and different people!
