What about a Styrofoam container or a way to put the bread and a cup of hot water together in the oven? Or you could try placing it over a pot of warm water! In that case, please be careful to control the temperature(^-^)

I have set the oven to 80C or 100C and it fermented well - it's not too hot. Low Carb Recipe Ideas does this too and she bakes a LOT.

After a period of time, they tend to harden and should be re-baked and served.
