Bahan Roti ;
75 gr / 8 sdm all purpose cassava flour
30 gr / 3 sdm maizena
30 gr / 3 sdm tepung beras
5 gr / 1 sdm chia seed
5 gr / 1 sdm fiber creme
2.5 gr / 1/3 sdt baking powder
5 gr ragi instan / 1 sdt
1/2 butir telur
1/4 sdt garam himalaya
1 sachet sweetener tropicanaslim
1 sdm olive oil
100 ml air
Bahan saus putih chia ;
2 sdm fiber creme
200 ml air
1/2 sdt garam himalaya
2 sdm maizena + 3 sdm air
1 sdm chia seed + 3 sdm air
Bahan garlic sauce ;
10 gr / 2 sdm garlic powder
/ 6 siung bawang putih
1/2 butir telur
1 sdm madu
Secukupnya parsley
/ seledri
