Going to try this. I use bobs red mill though. I seem to get better results with it. Have to order it from amazon..my local stores want an arm and a leg for it. Looks delicious and lemon is my favorite!

Does your four mix have xantham gum in it? Should we put it in if our flour doesn’t have it already? Looks great!

Yes, The King Arthur Brand I used does have xantham gum. If yours does not, I would start with adding about about 1/4 teaspoon per cup of gluten free flour.

I use Bobs red mill gluten free flour which already has XANTHAN GUM.in it .sorry I have a dumb phone lol it won't let me type out the correct name unless I put it in caps on certain words . which is stupid . or it will change them ....

LOL. That's ok, my phone likes to change my words even when I spell them right. I like Bob's Red Mill as well. The King Arthur brand I've been using has xanthan gum in it as well. It's been cheaper and a bigger bag at BJs Wholesale so I've been stocking up on it there.

@@SavorySaver , we don't have that type of store here and the type of King Arthur flour here isnt gluten free .So I use Bob's Red Mill as its cheaper than the other bramds Plus the walmart here is more expensive for gkuten free flour so I buy it at COBORNS instead and save more money .

WOW! I normally use margaret mixed lemon pound cake mix. Its damn good but this looks much closer to stsrbucks. I can't wait to try your recipe.
