Employers have a right to dictate what kind of image they want to show their customers if the potential employee don't agree with the uniform policy they are free not to take the job but to sign a contract accepting the uniform policy only to complain at a later date is wrong the employer has a right to fire that person its really that simple, no if or buts

You can just see her in any workplace being an absolute nightmare to manage. When her career is over in mid-40's I hope people remember when she's trying to get another 'normal' job.

It is the unfair & gender based mandate that she is responding to. It's akin to you being told that you had to wear brown brogues everyday at work, no exceptions!! You should have the choice to wear what you like as long as it meets the standard of smart, professional attire
