what are you smoking? holmes didnt hire campbell. also, douglas did a not bad job, the coaching staff sucked. last year when they lost rogers they just sat around content to do nothing. they didnt have a coach to develop wilson. the problem there is ownership and bad coaching selection. there will always be problems when the players get to pick the coaches. the OC sucked (hackett_) and they didnt make a move because they didint want to upset rogers, inmates running the asylum. more, there are lots of coaches around. they need a spielman character to recommend the operational talent to ownership. he is the one that put campbell and holmes together. they need a similar figure. they need a GM / coach tandem that can work with a single vision and goal.
