@ not really. I’m not a fan of firing a head coach during the season let alone 5 games into it in any circumstance. The jets are the jets because their owners make decisions consistently like this. Bad organizations have bad owners.

Saleh was a terrible coach and I think they may have had one more win...that's it. If they kept Saleh, they would have gone 5-12. The Jets wasted three years of a great defense and now it's an average one.

I don't know how many more wins the Jets would have, but Saleh's firing has clearly demonstrated that he wasn't the problem. Now on the other hand, I doubt he was ever going to the solution to the myriad Jets problems, but the win/loss record since he's been gone at least demonstrates that Saleh's day to day coaching wasn't the reason the Jets' suck a big bag of floppy donkey dongs.
