Can you possibly discuss how individual reports would be printed or if you have to somehow format the reports properly to print screen, something like that?

I will add it to my list. Briefly, you can edit the report layout the way you like and save it. Then access the report template in the Saved Configurations and apply the report details to that. I use this to create the invoices that print perfectly on 8.5x11 paper. I select the invoice from the Saved Configurations and then select the client and invoice from the list.

Could you export your live report configuration (not the data) and import it so you can demo what you actually use but with fake data?

Question: The way GNUCash organizes accounts, does it make it easy to transfer the data for tax preps?

My account just wants the P&L which I export at a PDF. The actual document format is an XML, so it should be reasonably portable.

I do my own quarterlies, I just have the accountant do the final end of year wrap up.
