Back in yggdrasil , there was a guild raid of 1500 players and npcs allied to defeat ainz ool gown, they almost got through but was brutally killed at 8th floor due to victim's restriction ability and rubedo's power. All players complained to the gm about it but never solved it cuz it's part of the game, therefore the nazarick was known as the nope dungeon in the whole yggdrasil player base, no raid was ever done the 2nd time

Boom Shakalaka i honestly can’t see any realistic way ainz can lose, since the with the 1500 raid most players were probably at max level (100) and the most powerful char we seen so far is the mask girl in blue rose (blanking out on the name) at around level 64+ (she beats entomia) although PDL is probably stronger but we haven’t seen him fight yet (at least up to the translation)

To be fair, they got a pretty big role in volume 4 (maybe even bigger than Ainz and his crew considering that a pretty big chunk of it is even told from their perspective) so it's only natural that they would be featured prominently in the opening. Also, I agree that it's a great arc. My second favorite arc in the series, actually.

demiurge was masked and he was using bladed gloves on his hands, he was fighting Ains whilst he was in his persona of momon surrounded by what appears to be a burning village. my conclusion is that momon will "defeat" a powerful arch demon to increase his standing without revealing his true identity. Considering demiurges prior loyalty i doubt he has a hidden agenda that would include betrayal so it is more likely to be a farce. Besides even if demiurge died they could resurrect him provided they had enough gold and it wasnt a betrayal.

I can't really tell with the opening alone we can't tell why sebas fights the guy with the tattoos or with any of the fights in the opening we saw shalltear was being controlled with a item in season 1 and that was in the opening and I've read some of what is in season 2 not much just up to the point i know the first fight that will be in season 2 won't say which to not spoil but that's enough to know they are showing one of the fights that will happen in season 2 here so i assume if all these are fights that will be in season 2 they may not all be but we don't know why those 2 would be fighting and i was just thinking maybe they used a item on him like they did shalltear maybe something different i wasn't complete sure if he was controlled or not or if the mask had anything to do with it or not it was just a guess as far as I know since ainz was wearing his armor it could just be something to boost his reputation and the mask is to hide his identity in case someone is there just from the opening it came be a few things I've you already know what will happen because you read it already good for you then but I'm just going off the opening so i could easily be wrong i don't care if i am it was just what came to my mind when I saw it

5:00 I think I know why they are fighting. Some adventurers must have found the fake Nazarick, and Ainz might be requested to take care of them as the adventurer Momon. When that happens I assume that he'll set things up so that he fights Demiurge to spread the name Momon, while making Demiurge wear a mask to conceal his identity from everyone else. Just so everyone knows just watched season 2 episode 10, and all this is speculation, but knowing Ainz this is the most likely outcome

Nah the first opening can never be surpassed :' It was too epic. BUT the scenes in the opening say that this is gonna get all the way up to hell attacking the Empire!! One of my favorite arcs!! (Could just be the same as the first season where we see the lizardmen but don't actually see them in the anime :c hoping they actually do get to that arc). Also we see the 6 fingers c: those guys are pretty cool (that arc is meh imo, but still has some epic parts). P.s. this is also the first time i saw this opening! It's awesome but can never top the first one~

jeg tano that was his best reaction ive read, Because as demi said, it will take a whole month to execute his plans and the kingdom needs to be destroyed and has to vassalize themselves to ainz before the baharuth does. It was a highly complex plan but ainz's unholy and uber godlike luck brushed it all off after a 3 freaking days visit in the empire by ainz himself and alone to top it off. Demi's reaction was just priceless, whole body goosebumps, and the way it was descrined in the novel was "savage delight, awe and respect".... hahahaha i cant wait for that arc to be animated if the second season succeeds.

I have a theory on that fight between Demiurge and Ainz. Demiurge is named after the being who is known as the false god that tries to turn humanity from God's grace so if that's any hint, he's going to try to take Lord Ainz's position as master of the Great Tomb of Nazarick. The opening is solid, but not overwhelming like Clattanoia. It is good on repeat listenings and it has a good beat and whatnot. But Clattanoia had that moment of dramatic buildup paired with the imagery of ainz walking down a red path over the humans in his travels, which was both a dramatic leadup to going back into the beat and the metal.

Most awaited fight of season 2 is definitely Entoma vs Evileye (according to what happended in light novel, definitely want it to be animated).. though the trailer fight of momon vs jaldabaoth seemed fucking good, looking forward to it... Sebas vs six arms would be good but anime has a natural tendency to skip out what the characters are thinking so the sebas fight may be a bit less interesting
