@@sandeeplgupta I am trying to do this in ayodhya as there is no competition. Only luxurious expensive hotels, expensive air bnb or cheap lodge and dharamshala exists. I want to create a bridge here, offering dorms in 300-400 rs. Tourism is increasing day to day, and in RamMandir opening, it will reach lakhs. All hotels are fully booked months before, so I wanted to take advantage of this opportunity. Homes for lease are 15-20k avg. Is this enough? I am a newbie so I'll really appreciate if you can guide me. Thank you bhai

problem is, guys__ including you-- have ruined the hotel business in Goa, considering that its lucrative. at the end of the day, to make ends meet, rooms which should have gone for 2 to 3 k, are being sold for 9hundred to 1200 thereby affecting everyone in the neighborhood. pls advise all not to jump into the well without ascertaining risk involved
