Nakakamiss yung mga Videos mo Ms Thea. Grabe ang character development. What sticked to me sa mga nabangit mo about adulting. Is that we should appreciate small moments, which are being present and enjoying your time despite having a mess here and there and a lot an specific day to get back and restart your monet. Being aware and choose to say no for a while sa mga minor thing and making constant effort to find time to those things and people that makes you trully Happy. No matter that, maybe. Like my favorite quote. "The steps you take don't need to be big. It just needs to point you in the right direction." Do you sleep better now? My children are in elementary and they only sleep 9 hrs at night. Always worried they are not getting enough sleep and will have a hard time focusing in school. Though they seem to excel for now thankfully.

May struggle parin, but one of the few things that help is my loop quiet earplug!! As in game changer. For children, i think 9 hrs of sleep is enough? Altho it might be better to consult with their pediatrician:)
