Can the fish mole be kept outside or must it be put in the fridge.

Depends upon how it's made, but mine I keep at room temperature. Also need to be very careful not to let the mole be exposed to moisture if kept at room temp and maintain proper hygiene while handling it. If it's home made and free from preservatives. But if it's homemade but purchased and brought in silver foil bags best to refrigerate it . To be safe
