1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken
1 large Green Chilli
2 Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
1" Ginger
8 Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
2 pinches Cumin Seeds
4 Peppercorns
4 Cloves
1" Cinnamon Stick
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
10g Tamarind
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 cup Coriander Leaves
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
For garnishing :
Onion Rings
Coriander Leaves
Serves: 4 -6
