These are the months where most of us are at home to try different recipes. I live in Toronto and try Goan food of and on This one is truly Goan as my father prepared in his restuarant in Bombay many year back. Great taste!

Esha, I've used freshly grated coconut. I use either this or frozen coconut. I've never tried making curry with desiccated coconut.
