Today I am going to show you'll an Authentic Goan Prawn Molho recipe many of them call it as prawn moll or prawn pickle which is mostly prepared before the monsoon starts and it tastes amazing to have with rice or bread and my way of making it is very simple and easy,
so do try this amazing and mouth watering recipe and enjoy with Ur loved ones.

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE MOLHO
TO MARINATE THE PRAWNS YOU NEED
* 2 Kg of prawns
* salt
* 1 Tsp of chilli powder
* 1/4 Tsp of turmeric powder
TO PREPARE MOLHO MASALA YOU NEED
* 30 Kashmiri dried red chillies
* 18 to 20 garlic cloves
* 2 inch of ginger
* 15 cloves
* 2 Tsp of black peppercorn
* 30 to 35 black peppercorn
* 1 tsp of cumin seeds
* 2 inch of cinnamon stick
* 1/2 Tsp of turmeric powder
* 1 cup of vinegar approx. 250 ml
FINAL INGREDIENTS FOR PRAWN MOLHO
* 1 cup of oil
* curry leaves
* 6 to 7 finely chopped garlic
* Extra 1/2 a cup oil
* 2 Tsp of sugar
* Extra 1/2 cup of vinegar
* palm jaggery
AND STORE THIS IN AIR TIGHT GLASS JAR CONTAINER
YOU CAN KEEP IN THE REFRIGERATOR AS WELL ( OPTIONAL )
