GOAN SANNA MADE USING HOMEMADE TODDY USING TENDER COCONUT WATER | TODDY SUR RECIPE |SIMPLY DELICIOUS

Sanna without fresh toddy / Sur.
Toddy / Sur made using Coconut water so that everyone can enjoy sannas.
Quantity of ingredients in the recipe will make around 14 to 16 medium size sannas. Sorry I forgot to mention in video.
Ingredients For 14 to 15 Med Size Sanna &
Toddy / Sur Required Only 2 &1/2Cup Is Equal To 600ml
For Toddy
1ltr Tender Coconut water(Carton)( Use Fresh Tender Coconut for best result)
1 tsp Dry Yeast
4 &1/2 tbsp Sugar
For Sanna Batter
2 Cups / 400grms Parboiled Rice
3 tbsp Sugar
1 Cup / 100grms Grated Coconut
Salt To Taste
For Godd Sannas
1Cup / 100grms Freshly Grated Coconut
100grms Goan Palm Jaggery aq
100grms Sugarcane Jaggery
We have used 1 Standard US Cup of 240ml
** We Use**
1tbsp = 15ml
1/2tbs =7.5ml
1tsp = 5ml
1/2tsp = 2.5ml
1/4tsp =1.25ml
