Always so useful! Especially since never dictionary doesn't describe some of the words the way you do. I would love a video on emotional pain--it's so difficult to express!

Could you use 얼얼하다 to say that your foot fell asleep and is tingling? Or would that be a different thing?

For a migraine you can use 편두통. You can find any medical term in Naver Dictionary :)

In "목덜미가 뻐근하다", can I also say "목을 뻐근하다" if it's clear from context that I don't mean the throat?. I added the words to Anki and as always searched in the Naver dictionary and found the example sentence "잠을 잘 못 자서 목을 뻐근하다". I mean when you're stiff it's always the back of the neck, not the side or front, no?

Since these are descriptive verbs, you wouldn't use the object marker (을/를) since that's only used when using action verbs.

‘뻐근’ is adjective, so you‘d better not use ‘을’ or ‘를 ‘ after ‘목’ or ‘목덜미’. Of course, even if u say so, koreans understand what you mean. But, ‘이’ or ‘가’ is more proper for the sentence. ‘뻐근하다’ is an expression used for muscle-related pain. So in that context, ‘목’ means not throat, but the backside neck. Also, ‘목덜미’ literally means backside neck. And meaning of korean may vary depending on the spacing. For example, ‘잘 못 잤다.’ means ‘couldn't sleep well FOR VARIOUS REASONS.’, but ‘잘못 잤다.’ means ‘slept WRONG‘. kinda slept in bad posture or slept in wrong time. To sum up, ‘잠을 잘못 자서 목이 뻐근하다.(=I have a ache on my backside neck bcuz I slept in bad posture.)’ would be the best form of that sentence.
