Really enjoying your videos 😀 just a suggestion but I would love a video that focuses on the shoulders especially those muscles that are around the back and sides of the shoulder blades.

Hip Opener can be bring up emotions. I am weeping pretty often If I am doing a Hip Opener, but I love them so much. Love your workouts. Did you ever weep during a Hip Opener
