Seven adults locked down together and Pilates with Go Chlo happens every other day with up to five of us at once! We are all enjoying the routines and your relaxed and encouraging style. We would love to have a 20-30 minute full-body routine which doesn’t involve pressure on the wrists 😊

Hi Nancy, Yes absolutely helpful for a stiff or sore neck.. .often there is associated tightness around the shoulders and chest that come with neck discomfort. So happy it helped you xx

I am also very interested in the movement of the pelvis, the nutation and counter nutation and how it influences our alignment when we do pilates. I can not find any teacher online incorporating this knowledge into his/her classes. It is just an idea to share with you. Thank you for all you do ❤
