I think you need to go to Sindris house and pick up the little pouch on Ratatoskrs branch like area. He’ll give it to you as a thank you for like existing lol, you can choose a gateway to open just choose that one

You can just walk up to it when you arrive at that area through the path instead of the boat, from the starting point if the vid, walk backwards off the ledge, go right and keep the wall to your left, you'll drop off a cliff edge and find the path to this area naturally in the pit
