The only time in my life when I began feeling: gratitude, unconditional love, non judgement, unconditional forgiveness is when i left the church system and spent time with God every day in meditation and prayer. If you're relying on the church system to get your heart right it's not going to happen. Their hearts ( leadership) are dark and are hiding that fact from you with their christian words and entertainment. It's your responsibility to spend significant time with the holy spirit each day asking for truth.

@@marysunshine5587 wonderful, but my point was practicing the four foundations of love that Yeshua taught us: unconditional forgiveness, gratitude, unconditional love, and non judgement. Those things are next to impossible unless you drop identification with your body mind complex and work towards opening your heart chakra. I know for a fact you will not experience those deeper spiritual truths in a Catholic system. You just will not. I love you and want the best for you. God's love and goodness always.

@seane.9937 again ...I was into ALL that chakra stuff new age occult stuff and all the new age stuff your spewing for 30 years. its meant to keep you distracted . I seen the darkest in the new age and occult ,it's a hamster wheel ,when I came back to God and Jesus was when I felt all the deep true love and connection with God and Jesus🙏 not ALL the dark leaders have been in the Christian church some of the most evil things I've seen have been from witches new agers energy workers doing stuff in a ritual and more. I haven't experienced that back at the church . Chakra and all the new age n stuff that you speak of that I was doing for 30 years is a hamster wheel . I know I lived all that first hand. I was even a reiki teacher for five years. I'm 58 and been around the block in the "spiritual community " you're trying to school the wrong person. I've never been more connected to God's love and goodness than I am now. I'm done searching for the next book on chakra spinning ,the next healing seminar ect all the things the new age $ keeps you looking for, and keep you hooked , chasing the next big love release session in the mountains with a bunch of peace love & light hypies for $2000 ect. I'm not chasing and searching anymore. I'm here babe just because it didn't work for you does mean God does not guide some people back to their catholic roots ,stop being condescending and self righteous because here is were you DONT know better. & telling people they're wrong in their faith that brings them peace is not Godly or something I would ever do,it's self righteous and there's nothing of peace or love about that. You speak of reaching unconditional love maybe for your kids or mother but you are human and will never reach that especially all the time with a stranger your post back to me telling me Im worng is a example of that . but if thats a goal you will keep seeking out books senimars ect trying to have u nconditional love that may last a day but only god has eternal ever lasting love for us. This is more new age bs seek enlightnement and uncontional love FORVER ,the never ending dangling carrot .Deeper spiritual truths is new age jargon and buzz words and combined with your condescending tone theres no unconditional love here . Just allow people to be guided to god for whats right for them and resist telling them they are wrong because I can guarantee thats exactly the person you did not want to become. Since we are all imperfect humans and capable of sin we will bring corruption and darkness into churches groups ect it will always be something we will fight in this world.

I have never been able to square up a loving God with one that would cast people into hell. The thought that an all loving God will throw us into hell to suffer eternal torment simply does not make sense and it is a fear based tactic. It is more likely you will follow the example of Jesus when you are functioning from a state of Love rather than a state of fear. And if we ALL conducted ourselves from a state of LOVE this world would be a much different place. JUST IMAGINE THAT FOR A SECOND. If God's love is supposed to be perfect then His love should be even more amazing than the love I and others have for our children.~ thank you for your refreshing views, you guys have expanded my Faith and understanding in a way that makes so much sense.

Baffling indeed, Ross. Swedenborg's version of hell is a bit different than the eternal, conscious torture model, actually based on a God of love, given our spiritual freedom to choose what we love. That seems hard to swallow, too, but sometimes you see folks who seem to love themselves more than ANYthing else, and would do ANYthing to keep themselves on the top of the heap. To me, that's a hell that people might want to choose.

And scripture says what they get for doing that (Matthew 25:32-46, Proverbs 22:22-23, Proverbs 14:31). And people choose to hoard wealth and praise the rich (Luke 6:24, Matthew 19:24).

@@ludvigeklof9422 It's only my experience, but my interaction with atheists has had a common theme: they attempt to tear me to pieces by calling me all kinds of filthy names, and try sophistry and twisted logic to hurt and belittle me; it doesn't work. I have no idea why somebody else's thinking, ideas and faith are so important to them. Two people in my neighborhood verbally attacked a Protestant pastor neighbor just because he said "God bless you" to somebody else. What business was that of theirs? People at work get attacked just for saying, "Have a blessed day." In my mind, I can understand the reasons for atheism. I cannot understand the reasons for attacking other people just because they publically admit they believe in God. In the afterlife, all that you feel and think on Earth becomes magnified in physical form. So, the hells have been created by the desires, actions, wills and thoughts of many selfish people who have spent a lifetime on Earth practicing evil intent. In the hells, all your emotions are magnified in physical form; thus, the fires of hell are the manifestation of all the hatred and anger felt by every individual through their lifetime on Earth. There is constant influence to do harm in the hells, or you will be torn to pieces. There is no interfering good influence like there is in our physical realm, only self-indulgent acts of every kind of mental, emotional, psycological and spiritual depravity.

People should first realize that in order to "go" to Heaven or Hell for eternity, there is some part of which must be eternal. CHECK! Then realize that in the scope of eternity, there is no beginning; therefore eternity is already in a state if existence; SO, you MUST be in one of those two states of being (Heaven or Hell) CURRENTLY. You are either in Heaven right now, or you are in the proverbial "Hell". Someone very important in the Bible came to save us from repeating what can become an eternal karmic cycle. Love everyone because we are all part of the eternal, infinite, intelligent, loving creator.

Nice perspective, southernsaintmusic. Interesting point about eternity. I tend to think of "eternity" as having a starting point, but no end -- like each individual soul. I think of "infinity" as God alone, with no beginning and no end. But I don't know! I AM with you on the fact that we're either in a heaven mindset or a hell mindset at any given moment. And I'm with you on loving everyone!

@@offTheLeftEye 🤔 That’s still works righteousness just in a new form of a beast. There is no end to the patience and love. A good father understands that ignorance needs the right environment to mature and grow and therefore even if a person chooses to go to hell by, as you say, repeatedly choosing self over others, it’s an action born of ignorance, as a result of what came before. It’s a symptom of the problem, not the problem. What you haven’t pondered is that even when you choose others over self, it’s still choosing self. It’s just that your desires have matured to that point where the self wants for others. It’s still for you. What you’re describing is like unto a child, a toddler, saying “dad, I want to die” or “be the opposite gender” and the dad replying, welp it’s your choice dear child, here’s the knife. Who is at fault of the child’s death? The parent. But to cover it up he scapegoats and blames his child saying, no, no, it’s what they chose. And why would the father do that? Because he’s also ignorant. Perhaps your father is really the devil, the accuser. Understanding requires experience. We’re still learning and growing, individually, and collectively. The faith is that God is working all things together for good. So, no, heaven and hell only exist in ignorance, not truth. Forgive their ignorance. Fight for their goodness. Start with yourself. Jesus grants you the right to approach everything from an all knowing and loving father. And a father like that can endure anything, being patient and setting the right example for us to learn from, no matter how long it takes. But then again some do count God slow to fulfill his promise. Maybe you’ve lost faith. Maybe you never had it. Maybe you’ve never really heard the good news to begin with but have been allowed to “stumble” for the sake of survival and growth - so all of creation would be saved. Stop condemning ignorance to cover the ignorance within you. Look in the mirror of righteous judgment and see the face of your hypocrisy oppressing thee. Forgive their ignorance. Fight for their goodness. Start with yourself. Turns out, We’ve been good and growing all along. Do you believe in life or death? We’re in eternity already. Life only exists on the other side of death in ignorance, not truth, where you claim to be. No one lights a light to hide it away. Maybe the light in you is really darkness. Forgive their ignorance. Fight for their goodness. Start with yourself.

While I appreciate the depth of thought here, the message falls short if it stops at defining Hell as merely the result of ‘personal choice.’ True understanding recognizes that ignorance, like a child’s missteps, demands compassion, not condemnation. A genuinely loving Father wouldn’t sit back, shrugging off a child’s suffering as their ‘choice’ to fall away. Instead, God’s love would be actively pulling every soul toward growth, healing, and truth, regardless of their current understanding. Heaven and Hell, in this light, aren’t ultimate destinations; they’re states of mind, rooted in our current ignorance or awareness. If we are to embody true faith, it demands that we stop condemning ignorance to justify our own hidden failures and biases. If God’s nature is truly love, then the call to forgive ignorance and fight for each other’s goodness isn’t optional-it’s essential. Let’s start with ourselves, and maybe we’ll finally hear the real Good News.
@GDJ619
@GDJ619 19 сағат бұрын
The videos message claims to be Good News, but it’s rooted in fear and hidden criteria and agendas-a distorted gospel that says we’re inherently broken and deserving of punishment before we’re worthy of grace. True Good News doesn’t call us back from something lost, but calls us up from our original state of ignorance toward understanding. Ignorance isn’t a fall from grace; it’s the starting point, essential for our growth and survival. The real Good News isn’t about accepting darkness as light or condemning ourselves to be ‘saved.’ Instead, it meets us in our current state, offering understanding and growth without prerequisites of guilt or punishment. A truly loving God would reach into our evolving awareness with patience and compassion, guiding us into truth without fear or condemnation. Let’s move away from messages that sell salvation through accusation-they come not from Christ but from the accuser. True faith grows us into love and understanding, not fear disguised as divine authority.

I'm with you, d-vision. According to Swedenborg, we all choose the place of our eternal home. We go where we can BREATHE. No one will feel trapped in the wrong place. There is a "sorting" process we go through after our bodily death, where WE get to sort through our own beliefs and behaviors, and determine which ones truly reflect our inner heart, and which don't. God values our spiritual freedom more than anything else, says Swedenborg, and would never put us somewhere against our will.

My question is since God still tries to save those who have chosen hell, is it then possible for one to be uplifted from hell? I mean if he realizes that it's what he loves that keeps him there and decides to let go of those evil loves. I have always had this notion that once man goes into heaven or hell, they can't descend to the lower or ascend to the higher anymore and that only those who are still in the world of spirits can still adjust or change fir the better. I would like to know if this is true or if not, what exactly goes on. Thank you for what you do on this channel ❤ Keep up the good work, God bless you

I believe there is a Hell but that it's not like many religions claim. On top of that, I do believe that those in Hell have definitely chosen to be there. I said this to a friend that got very upset until I explained what I meant by those in Hell chose it. I explained that they chose to lead evil lives. To not even try to follow the Ten Commandments or what Jesus said about loving God and loving your fellow mankind. That by choosing those lives here on earth, they are choosing to turn away from God and literally choosing to live in Hell once they have transitioned on to the next life. My friend thought about it then said she agreed and could understand what I meant. God doesn't WANT anyone to choose Hell but we have free will.

Why would someone try to follow man made commandments? But than again,how do you know that you are now not in hell? Scripture say : They will be tormented day and night...Can you imagine ,you have day and night in hell? They will be separated from God? Do you hear Him every day? They shall gnash teeth and weep? Is there a continuous joy,happiness in this place? Or is it anger or sorrow? And to experience any joy people take all kind of substances,from alcohol to... And above all there is no escape,unless you hit the ground..

@offTheLeftEye
@offTheLeftEye 16 сағат бұрын
I believe that "purgatory" is a feature of Catholic doctrine, KellysRainbow, and I don't know the details about it. But from my vague knowledge, I might say that Swedenborg's "world of spirits" is more parallel with the concept of purgatory. The world of spirits is the first stop after death, where we go through a process of self-reflection, purification, and education, before we become clear about whether we want to choose heaven or hell. I would say that prayers for others -- as in, lifting up others into the Lord's love -- is always a loving and useful thing, but I don't know that OUR prayers can influence someone ELSE's spiritual path. What are your thoughts?

I’ve always been under the impression that your final destination is based on your true repentance, and also your unrepentant choices. If you’ve truly repented, and you’ve done your best to live a moral life as an example of Christ then you’ll gain entrance to heaven, and be rewarded according to what you’ve done IN CHRIST. In other words, I think there are certain levels in HOW you’re rewarded. I believe this maybe the same concept with hell. If you’re unrepentant, and continue to reject, I think your level of punishment will be based what you did. I think some levels of punishment will be harsher than for others.

I mean, life in general feels kind of too random and screwed up to be sent to hell for anything. I mean, there are many positions and situations that many people and other organisms on earth deal with and many of them are already terrible. If those people are finding difficulty in getting away, it would at least do them well to just be honest and admit that it is bad and that they want something else for a change and that's like the bare minimum.

Also I should note, this video DOES make logical and spiritual sence, I was just sharing Bible verses that I see as Literal and True of Gods Darker Nature. Since it seems Christianity today hardly focuses on the darker or scarier side of God, but lean much more towards Gods Love and Mercy and not reading these verses in church and not being fully honest with themselves about this aspect of Gods Nature. Coming across these Bible verses myself is badly traumatizing and a horrible experience that forced me into a. Spiritual awakening birthed out of trauma from figuring all this out all on my own with nobody at all to lean on. But 10 years later and I am not freaking out in anger against God anymore, now a place of complacency of not caring a turning a blind eye to gods darkness is of God himself. Satan helps one to see the Truth of Gods Darkness, since he is a part of the Knowledge and Wisdom of the Seeing of it. But only the Love and forgiveness and Mercy is All Anyone in the Universe and Existence really need and Want. In reality Healing can only fully take place if Hell does not exist anymore. God himself would have to destroy the Hell which is his own creation as Yahweh.

I have been a Christian for over 50 years and l love God but this notion that only humans can send themselves to hell is not accurate. Firstly nobody can hate God or love sin to the extent that he would prefer swimming inside a molten lava for all eternity. It is fair to say that we simply don't know why such a holy and righteous God decided to create hell. Because God dwells in eternity only he alone knows why a bad thought or the lust of the eyes could lead someone into everlasting hell. This over simplification of why God casts people into hell is unfair.

We honor your very strong faith, John. The statement "no works will get you into heaven" makes me pause, though, given such scriptures as the following: God will repay everyone according to what they have done. To those who by patiently doing good seek glory, honor, and immortality, he will give eternal life. But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger. There will be anguish and distress for everyone who does evil, the Jew first and also the Gentile; but glory, honor, and peace for everyone who does good, the Jew first and also the Gentile. For God does not show favoritism. (Romans 2:6-11) "What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. . . . . But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead? Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect? And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” And he was called the friend of God. You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only. -- James 2:14-24 Those who have my commandments and do them are the people who love me. I will love them and will manifest myself to them. I will come to them and make my home with them. (John 14:15-21, 23) My Father is glorified by your bearing much fruit. (John 15:8) Hearers of the law are not justified by God, but doers of the law are. (Romans 2:13; James 1:22) In the day of anger and just judgment, God will repay all according to their works. (Romans 2:5, 6) It is right for us all to appear before Christ's judgment seat, so that each of us may carry away what we have done through our body in regard to those things, whether good or evil. (2 Corinthians 5:10) The Son of Humankind is going to come in the glory of his Father. Then he will repay all according to their deeds. (Matthew 16:27) I heard a voice from heaven saying, "Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on. The Spirit says that they will rest from their labors. Their works follow them." (Revelation 14:13) A book is opened, which is the book of life, and the dead are judged according to the things that are written in the book. All are judged according to their works. (Revelation 20:12, 13) Behold, I am coming quickly, and my reward is with me to give to all according to their work. (Revelation 22:12) Jehovah, whose eyes are open to all the ways of human beings, to give to them all according to their ways and according to the fruit of their works. (Jeremiah 32:19) I will bring judgment upon them according to their ways and will reward their works. (Hosea 4:9) The kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing the fruits of it. (Matthew 21:43) Jehovah deals with us according to our ways and according to our works. (Zechariah 1:6) Every tree which does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. (Luke 3:9) In Matthew 25:31-44, Jesus makes clear that those who did not make efforts to help their fellow human beings cannot come into heaven. In Matthew 21:28-32, Jesus tells a parable of two sons. One son says that he will not follow his instructions, but then later does. The other son says that he will follow instructions, but then doesn’t do the work. Jesus teaches that the first son is the one who is doing the will of the Father. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. (Matthew 7:19, 20, 21) "Those who are sown in good earth are people who hear the Word and pay attention, and bear and produce fruit." When Jesus had said this he cried out, saying, "Those who have ears to hear must hear." (Matthew 13:39, 43) Jesus said, "My mother and my brothers and sisters are those who hear the Word of God and do it." (Luke 8:21) We know that God does not hear sinners, but if people worship God and do his will, he hears them. (John 9:31) If you know these things, you are happy if you do them. (John 13:17) Romans 2:12-16 But we have no need to convince you of anything. Blessings to you on your spiritual path!

(REVELATION 14:9-12 KJV) 9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be ((TORMENTED WITH FIRE AND BRIMSTONE)) in the (presence) of the (HOLY ANGELS) and in the presence of the ((LAMB)) The LAMB According to the Bible is Jesus Christ who is called, “The Lamb who was slain for our sins.” 11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. 12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops. (IF GOD IS OF LOVE AND FORGIVENESS, WHY THAN DOES HE CONTRADICT HIMSELF?) THE GNOSTICS CHRISTIANS BELIEVED THE gOD LOWER CASE g IN THE BIBLE AKA OLD TESTAMENT GOD IS ACTUALLY SATAN SAMAEL WHO IS ALSO CALLED YALDABAOTH AND SAKLAS IN THE ANCIENT NAG HAMMADI SCRIPTURES OLDER THAN THE BIBLE. THE GNOSTICS BELIEVE HE IS YAHWEH TODAY. THE TRUTH IS HE IS BOTH OF LIGHT AND DARKNESS, HE MAKES EVIL AS MUCH AS HE MAKES GOOD. HE MAKES BALANCE BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH, HE IS THE LIFE GIVER AND LIFE TAKER. Sometimes I ask myself if he Lost his Dam mind. There is studies done, where the Canaanite’s believed Yahweh is the Son of El Elyon the Most High God of Jesus Christ. The Yahweh God of Israel would be the one sending souls to hell, bringing plagues, and having children and families killed by Moses and Noah and King David among other prophets. But El Elyon is the One of Love and Salvation of Jesus Christ. It can get very confusing. All I know is that I Love Jesus Christ and he is the savior and Messiah.
