Gamera Doesn't really have a way to truly kill Godzilla. Even if he does kill Godzilla, Nothing is preventing one of the Godzilla Cells from regenerating into a new Godzilla. He's done this in the past when he regrew his entire body from nothing but his heart. In the end Godzilla would win due to the sheer amount of punishment he can take. He would be able to take more punishment than what Gamera could dish. Eventually Godzilla would outlast Gamera.

To end this discussion as best I can, the two of them would tie. As much as it will hurt all the Godzilla fan boys to hear this, Gamera is just as strong as he is. Godzilla has greater strength and power while Gamera has greater speed and intelligence. However, the major outcome of the fight would be that the two just couldn't kill each other. Their powers and abilities are equal and their regeneration abilities are just too great.

Ablilities: Flight(mach 3), Plasma fire/blasts, Mana cannon, Can absorb fire/heat to strengthen attacks, Can absorb mana to heal self. Physical attacks: Bite, Claws, Elbow spikes, Body slam(when flying). Advantage: Indestructible shell. Superior attributes: Speed and Intelligence. Godzilla - Height: 100 meters. Weight: 80,000-90,000 tons. Abilities: Atomic beam, Red spiral beam, Short wave EMP burst, Can absorb lightning to strengthen attacks, Can absorb radiation to heal self.
