I still can't believe at the start of Pokemon Journey Series that Goh originally wanted Mew to become his first Pokemon instead of sticking with the other starter Pokemon especially before he met Scorbunny. I still can't believe in episode 5 Goh had hurt Scorbunny's feelings after he made it clear to it that he still wanted Mew as his partner which to me Goh has been stubborn,thoughless and selfish which made me think that Scorbunny should have gone to Ash instead but at least Goh had finally changed his mind and made Scorbunny as his first Pokemon at the end of this episode. Scorbunny has became the very first Starter Pokemon in the first Season to evolved in episode 17 but I still hate that episode because of Goh because unlike Ash who always encourage and train his Pokemon Goh doesn't seen to full commited as a trainer who have not tried to understand some of his Pokemon feelings or try to encourage to learn a new moves since Scorbunny who wanted to learn fire moves before it evolved into Raboot. But judging from Raboot's behaviour it still haven't forgiven Go from that awful fallout earlier which is sad but I guess Go deserve what coming to him. But in time Goh and Raboot's relationship are starting to improve and in the four episodes of the Darkest Day it has finally evolved into Cinderace and went back to it's cheerful personality which is great. I know this tear that Pokemon Journey will come to an end very in October maybe but I still would liked to see Goh used his Cinderace in Gigantamax Forms at last because it looks cool.

I just or caught up with most of the anime i left off at at the one were ash meet Cynthia again and then interduces her to goh! Also I love how ash & goh became friends ever since they met, and goh has all the Gen 8 starters also in my opinion it sounds kinda ambitious for goh to try to catch every Pokémon out their hearts gonna have to level up his Pokémon to catch ones like the legendarys such as entei Groudon mew two, Exc: also i tho k if goh beats ashes record on catching Pokémon, as well as catches legendarys like suicune, I think goh is gonna like steal ashes spotlight in the animes future, other then after ash becomes world champion or something. also I do look forward to more of the series and I love cinderaces interactions with ashes lucario, I think they have a good rivalry together!. 😊

You're gonna have a heck of a field day trying to do videos for ALL of Goh's Pokémon once Journey end. Especially since he have a load ton of different Pokémon which he don't even use and those that he barely use, aside from Cinderace and Inteleon. He don't even use Gookey he just keeps it on him which makes me still highly upset that Ash didn't catch it and leaving it without a SINGLE starter on his team this Generation.

The scorebunny line is my favorite pokemon line, so when it later got back sided for...Grookey...which ash should've caught, its upsetting since Goh had already caught Sobble as well which I was fine with but he did not need Grookey

Maybe, but I personally thought it was a refreshing change of pace for the series. The starter Pokemon in the anime don't usually evolve until around midway through a particularly series oftentimes, even though going by their levels in the games you'd expect them to evolve considerably sooner

I’m sorry, but seeing how Goh treated Scorbunny from wanting get Mew as a starter and from trying to learn a new move really made me hate the guy after that. I know he’s gotten better by the time it evolved into Cinderace, but I still can’t forget what he did then because it showed how little he actually cared for his pokemon and instead he just wanted to catch them all for the sake of it. It was gratifying when Raboot gave Goh the cold shoulder because he knew that Goh had to earn his respect back.

After watching this video, I think that a big reason why Raboot turned out the way it did after evolving was because Goh wasn't exactly very encouraging to it up until that point, so it's not that surprising it wound up with a chip on it's shoulder afterwards
