Apache and Wildcat helicopters have taken to the skies to participate in an exercise to prepare personnel for potential threats or deployments. Exercise Talon Python is a chance for 3 Regiment Army Air Corps to demonstrate their ability to operate in different environments and the first time the two helicopter crews have worked together for an extended period.

Jenko__ I agree I'm reservist chef seems people behind scenes don't get much publicity but army can't function without chefs or air techs

@@tommyatkins2527 the chefs are rarely used for the army in general it's all civilian contractors that's why it tastes awful army chefs may keep the officers going but definitely not the army

The Apache makes for a great reconnaissance platform. I still don’t know why the Brits purchased the Wildcat, even though it’s technology is far superior to the previous Lynx’s, it still is unable to carry sufficient amount of troops and still operates a door gun system that occludes ingress/egress on one side.

I used to fly with one of its test pilots. A total waste of money and never a match for the true battlefield helicopter, that is the Blackhawk .

@@tonkerdog1 The Black Hawk's a 30 year old workhorse, why're you comparing it to a copter that's barely been in service and doesn't even perform many of the same duties? The UH-60 being tried and true doesn't invalidate other designs.
