Hey, love the videos. For the life of me I can’t get this to work. I have a 24 street glide and I’ve gone through the same procedure that you outlined. It may just be an issue on my timing but I need to ask. Do you have the smart siren 2 or the original siren? I bought the lower priced siren without the pager option and I’m wondering if that is the problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am showing both models at least reference Chirpless mode in the install document. I would assume it would be supported. Since we don't have the indicator on the dash its a guessing game on the timing. In the description of the video a viewer posted a video of setting / unsetting the mode without issue so you might check his video. For me it took many attempts watching the lights flash and trying to switch the ignition on the first blink.

Just a follow up comment. Today, I went to the dealership and bought the smart siren 2 with the antenna, and came home to install it. Swapped it out for the older original alarm siren. Once I got the new smart siren installed, I tried the method to go chipless and it worked on the first try I’ve actually turned it on and off several times very easily. I’m not sure if the original siren supports chipless mode on the 24 street glide or not but I though you might want to know my experience with it. Keep making the great videos.

Yes the siren still works, only the chirp is disabled in chirpless mode.

would you happen to know where physically the siren is located? I have this remote pager that is able to sync with the other's bike siren and I've tried to sync with my CVOST but no luck, I think the siren I have on the CVOST is just the basic siren and not the siren2 and now I am think I want to pull the factory siren and replace...thanks for sharing and I have liked and subscribed

I think you are correct, but in theory if your ST chirps you should have the siren 2. It is located behind the battery so you have to remove the battery to get to it. This video will get you most of the way: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i4LcoIWQaqaIrJI

I have a 2024 street glide. Any idea where I can install an alarm? There was a slot to install the box on my 2019. I have no clue on these new bikes.

I unplugged it day one. Hate the chirp. It’s simple. Pull the side cover unplug it. Not a big deal.

@@ITFZone the one I’m referring to is my 19 CVO RG. Under the side panel there’s a black box. I unplugged it and left it in the hole. I can’t remember which side. I’m thinking the left. There has to be a chirping box somewhere on the new ones.

Ok I think it’s built into the BCM now as there is a speaker vent. I will look again!

Here's the other fun fact...if you're fighting the crank/no-start, you will likely re-enable the chirp. 100%...if you turn it on, wait 2 seconds...turn it off...turn it on after the 1st chirp but before the 2nd chirp, and repeat 2 times...it will work every time.

No idea, I cannot replicate what your video shows. It just takes multiple attempts for me. Unless you are more accurate at the 2 second count than I. No idea but hope it goes a smoothly for others! Appreciate the video!
