Love this. Were you coloring your hair dark before? I'm almost all gray and was coloring my hair dark coffee. Got sick of the silver roots and cut it into a pixie and bleached it ash blonde. Now, a year later, I heavily highlight my gray an ash blonde and it looks fantastic. I thinks I'll go lavender next.

No it was my natural color! I had a few highlights that gave my hair a sun kissed look but the dark hair was mine. Ash blonde is so pretty!! It’s good that it’s not too high maintenance for you too :) I’m going lavender tomorrow 😊 we will be twins 👯!

Ok this is crazy. I’m sitting here, in FL, looking for videos on people bleaching their hair to go purple and then you mention..... DORIAN. I came to FL in September after Dorian wrecked the island in the Bahamas where I lived. Literally was in the middle of that storm when it hit. I can’t even tell you how much I hate that word Dorian!! I had to pause to comment but I’m gonna keep watching your video because I want to see the end result. I’ve wanted purple hair for a long time and I actually don’t have an office job or a boss to answer to right now so why not? I could use a fun change.

I have had my hair purple for around a year and a half! I started with doing it myself, that being said i went to Sally Beauty and asked what I would need since my hair is as dark as yours. I now go to my lovely hairstylist. I have the dreaded carpal tunnel, so the detail needed to do roots, i ain't got that. I had it redyed for my wedding this past August. I would love to share the picture, let me know if and how I can do that. You look fabulous💜💜
