Happy you're all home, safe and content. So sorry you had to go thru that scare, Sara but that beautiful face of hers makes you forget everything. Seeing the baby start to fuss, to seconds later looking like, she just found the best place on earth to be (besides when she's eating), is the best advertisement they could ask for. I attended a breast feeding workshop before my baby was born, they invited a couple of new mum's to come and give you their experience. They both gave a 'positive' story. After my baby was born I was asked to be one of the Mum's. I started off saying, "everyone tells you it's easy and painless, but when the baby latches on it's toe curling agony and you do an impression Hannibal Lechter's flava beans speech. BUT stick with it for 10 days and i promise it gets really easy". The mid wife wasnt amused but i bumped into 2 of the Mum's a few months later and one said "I'm so glad you said that, it was absolutely true and if it wasnt for what you said I'd have given up in a week". Well done for pushing through and being honest, it may encourage others to do the same.

This reminds me of when I came out of hospital after I had my daughter, we were doing our home up, and it was a nice surprise driving up to the house and seeing all the paving done on the front and the house. Love the swing with the classical music. It is important that she hears the music to enhance her ear for music. She seemed so content in that swing. A wonderful product. You guys look so tired! Don’t worry, this stage passes quickly! Just take the time to sleep and relax and enjoy your beautiful baby! Trust me, this stage (being an infant) passes in the blink of an eye so take lots of pictures and really be intentional about enjoying this time as a new family! So precious!!!

I think you can save your Avocado trees, clip off the dead part and seal the cuts with wax or tree tape, those sprouts will grow, that made me think of the Coconut tree you two planted in Mexico, I hope to one day see you return with Luche and show her that tree and share your adventures with her. 🌴🥥

So happy to see you three together! Luce is such an angel! I teared up seeing the grandmothers meet little Luce... what a blessing for your little girl to have so much love surrounding her! Just one comment, please check with your doctor and feel free to ignore me if they say otherwise, but maybe keep Luce in the bright sun as much as possible. It will help her with the jaudice. My mom used to put my daughter naked in the sun for an hour or so in the morning so it wouldn't be too harsh. So happy to see you two entering this new phase of life!
