Never thought i came back to this. Decided it was not working out with the girl so I ended it as I’m posting, I truly loved her, saw a future with her just like you said and she moved away to the UK and it was all downward spiral from there. I cried for like a few minutes and remember this video, and it is the best things for someone to hear when someone is depress to hear that there are people out there who also went through and get what it means to have these things happen to them. So thank you, from the bottom of my heart, I always practice a mix between between boxing and Chinese martial arts but never tried it with someone in a ring, my new goal is to be able to fight in the ring at least semi professionally.

Just broke up today, and the first person that came to mind for advice was Hamza. Never fails to deliver. Thank you for everything. ❤ Edit: Everything Hamza said is so strangely similar to my situation. Breakup at 19, around Christmas/New Years time. This eerie feeling of loneliness, bursting into tears. Seeking brotherhood… Even his advice on starting a new physical endeavour… I literally started BJJ yesterday ontop of my muay thai and weightlifting. It’s like the universe placed Hamza’s wisdom within arms reach. Time to do the hard work…

I got dumped by a girl 2 months ago and still very much feel the pain. I was used and gaslighted and falsely accused of abuse (she admitted to lying about it eventually) despite what she did 2 of my friends were weak and kept talking to her and adding her as part of the friend group and pretty much flirting with her. It hurts. No matter what happens in life, please have a strong set of friends brothers and stay loyal to your friends 🙏

For everyone who is going through hell, if she left you and you gave it your all. She wasn't meat to be with you. Someone who truly belives in you and loves you will stay with you because they want to see you become better. Realize that you are attachted to the past. Talk to your close friends, they will support you. Envision the best version of yourself and work towards it. The more you love yourself and the more responsibility you take the better you will be as a person. Let the emotions flow, but do not get addicted and attachted to them. Put your mind somewhere else, put your focus in something that will make your life better. Love to all brothers out there, you are not alone!

Not even 2 weeks after breaking up I see her wirh another guy already and that shit sent me into a wild depression. Breakups were what motivated me to work out the most. I've had two severe breakups in my life (technically 3, but I was around 14) and both of them were what drew me to working out and self improving. Both were incredibly painful causing depression, taking antidepressants and sucidal thoughts. I don't think you can be a real man without heartbreakes and struggles in life. You must experience something that could potentially crush you.

Male depression and suicide is a serious thing and it will only get worse. If your out there feeling struck down and not wanting to get back in life, find the love in yourself for yourself to get up. Its not about doing it for someone else its about doing it for you. Cry it out, shout it out, punch it out. Get it out of your system until the space to love yourself is taken back. Never hesitate to call your best mates, even if you need a shoulder to cry on. "Do the hard work, especially when you don't feel like it"

My relationship ended exactly 30 days ago. I was heartbroken and couldn’t believe it was real. A friend of mine said that he wanted me to go with him to the gym. Best choice i’ve made in years. I’ve been feeling so much better now because of going to the gym daily. Don’t get me wrong, i still think about her but the feeling that i “lost her” is slowly disappearing. If you go through a breakup and you have that bad feeling: use that feeling as fuel to work on yourself. Trust me, once you become the best version on yourself she’ll realise what she lost, and that’s when you should stand your ground and not give her another chance. Goodluck to everyone who is going through a breakup 💪

When I went through my first breakup, I kinda got over it quick, or at least I thought I did. She did a lot of shitty things so I thought I was over it. A few months later I start realizing that I miss her. I didn’t talk to her at all since it but she sent me a message and we had one or two convos. I realized that I was making it worse and that she didn’t matter. All the things she did didn’t matter anymore. Another few months go by and I start talking to this one girl more and I ask her out. She said yes and I’m way more happier now. For any guys reading this, for whatever you’re going through, it’ll get better, you’ll find better.

Weird timing of this video, didn’t think I needed it, but really it helped me so much, been with this girl just a bit before first lockdown February 2020, throughout that time period we’d chat every day, FaceTime etc. Only 4 weeks ago she ended it all because I sensed something was off finally, and she finally said she left me mentally 2 months ago around the time of my bday, and that she caught feelings for a guy she met on holiday who also lives near an hour from our town we live in. Been out every weekend since, just trying to distract my mind (I’m 25 now so I’m why past the point of enjoying going out and clubbing) but fuck it, it was something to do, I’d find out 2 weekends ago and the weekend just gone she cheated on me with a bit of a distant friend back in May (this guy isn’t my friend anymore) and also one really good friend of mine last back in April 2021 when me and her had a big argument, it was my own good friend that told me this too, as much as I appreciated his honesty it just made me contemplate my life decisions, such as thinking I was with a girl who actually loved me, but was in turn sleeping around behind my back, and I’m just gonna assume she’s done it loads of times through our relationship as that’s only 2 occasions I’ve heard about from that said good friend. Since this break up as it’s still new to me because I’ve never had a relationship this long, and this painful. It really has opened my eyes a lot about the type of ppl I bring into my life, these fake friends and a fake girlfriend. I’m somewhat of a skinny guy but this breakup has made me wanna do better and become so much more better as a person. I realised I was putting too much love into other people and not really myself, self reflection is such an underrated thing to do as in general life we have tons of distractions. But something as simple as giving yourself a pep talk in the mirror is a simple way to get you back onto your feet and become the best version of you that you have implanted in your head. I’ve took up reading (something I’d never of done) and cold showers more regularly, even finding that I really wasn’t pushing myself 100% in the gym every time, and knowing I could even do a cardio session in that same day because I was thinking of being lazy. But as of right now each day is strange some days are good some are just waves of sadness. I know that this all in the end was a blessing, because as much as it’s sad right now that I’ve never felt more lonely in my life, it’s a gift knowing I won’t be having those fake ppl in my life again, and those fake ppl will just only help me learn and rebuild stronger connections with new ppl that genuinely care for me. Im on a path now, and thanks to the likes of Hamza and other influencers that help men become… men, I know deep down everything will be ok in the end and that the best way to feel good in all the shit is to really get the fuck up and don’t hesitate to that thing!

To all poeple that have lost a partner in the last month. My ex gf and I broke up 3 weeks ago, we have been together 4 years. We started as we both where 14. She betrayed me with another dude, but work, sport and a few good friends keep me abothe. If you feel bad, just do something that is good for you. Dont fall for bad habits like smoking and drinking. Make yourself better and stronger. Make the people that betrayed you wishing you back in their life. Whatever bad happens to you, you are not alone, and you are strong enough to fight aigainst everybody and yourself. Keep grinding, we all gonna make it!

Needed this. I relapsed for a while but things which helped me to get over my ex were fuelling my ego that I'll only get better and better. I picked up learning an instrument, I was already into kickboxing and gym. Started journalling, meditation, mental health well being course and improved my diet and all of these things and more helped me so much. Gratitude journalling too, there came a point where I was actually GRATEFUL THAT WE BROKE UP! And one of Hamza's videos said to note down all the reasons or issues you faced in the relationship or why it couldn't have worked out, devaluate your ex from your mind.

Also, getting into dating helps too. Just going out w different girls or just spending time w friends. Please, please write down your feelings, journalling is so important. I took a break for a month from my life, stayed with my family. I'm 33 now. I'm back at the gym. I've lost so much strength and I'm unhappy with my body. But I am working at improving it and at building myself back up. It's never too late to make a change, fellas.

I never expected that you and I have a similar breakup story Sir. I'm currently 19 and my relationship (8 months) ended. Similar to yours. Because I was so Jeffrey and she started to fall out of love. One day everything ended. She couldn't tolerate me and left me. I think it's right because no girl would love the Jeffrey kinda guy. I feel extremely guilty for hurting her because of my Jeffrey character. For 2 months straight, I haven't eaten or slept properly. I would eat one meal a day and sleep for like 1-2 hours. Crying all day about losing her, losing the relationship. I eventually found you. Started watching many of your videos. Then i realised that you had the same scenario as me. Now you are like my big brother who's helping me to get better. Thank You Brother 🫂 God bless you....

Watching this video after breaking up with a girl on New Years Eve. She was gorgeous, sweet, lovely, her and her family all trained at my Dads kickboxing gym with me and they came around to our house for dinner a lot. We had so much in common and I was kind of shocked to find a girl of such high quality that fit the criteria to be my partner. Long story short she ended up not being quite as mature as I had thought and as she had made herself out to be. So I knew I had to end things instead of trying to rescue her, which is the type of guy I am (rescuer). Anyway this video will help me A lot, thankyou brother!

But i have now gone into ghost mode and will not be giving her the time of day. We broke up because she lost interest it’s a hard pill to swallow knowing that they love you one week then lost it all the next. I had a long as phone call with her today taking about the break up because she went on a church camp and couldn’t have her phone. We talked and she reckons that I need time until we hang out next. But brothers she ain’t getting the time of day anymore she wanted us to be friends. I only do friends with benefits.

Me and my Girlfriend broke up Last night! The reason being that i asked her to remove one guy who kept breaching boundaries, publically posted i love you stories for her, tagged her in pics, but whe. I asked to remove that guy then she said she won't he is just a friend, but that guy kept on doing things like that and my girl never questioned him and liked the attention.. And eventually when i confronted she said i am being controlling and left me, I was down to remove any girl or female friend from my life and made her a priority but she didn't wanted to prioritize, i Still hate myself for being so good to her. She had many ex's so she knows how to cope up with a breakup, unlike me for whom she was my 1st. But thank you Hamza ❤️ I'll keep improving myself and be the guy that she will Regret Leaving forever!.

Was with my ex for around 8 months this year. Spent every weekend together and she is literally a 10/10. I felt on top of the world, I was so in love I spent every waking minute thinking about the next time we would be together and the weekend I'd setup for us. Then she cheated and left. Decided to start lexapro, therapy, and eating like crap. A few weeks ago I said fuck it, quit lexapro and therapy, and started eating 1500 calories a day and excersizing 2 hours per day. I've literally never felt better in my whole life. When doing the lexapro and therapy, it felt like my life was still in the hands of her, but eliminating those hinderenses and focuses on her, I just feel on top of the world. As well, I deleted all my social media and I've been off completely for 3 weeks now. I'm already getting back to the body I had before her and Its just amazing. For anyone who doesn't know what to do but feel nihilistic, just workout. Just run. Just get off the pity train. Youre not going to stop the intrusive thoughts with this method, but they won't linger nearly as long and you'll soon have them less and less. My experience..

Its still hurts like shit but i keep my self as busy as possible and im making very good progress at the gym and in my social life... I discovered a new passion, bought a brand new Sportsbike and i can say that im happy now. A man is only strong enough if he doesnt focus on women the entire time. I used Dating apps a LOT after the breakup and i realized that its fucking useless to improve my mental health. So i quit this shit and set other priorities for myself. And there is still a lot to improve... What i want to say is: You can always get through this dark period of your life. Once you've made it, there's nothing that can stop you anymore. No matter what you do, how you do it, heart break will always be there. It wont go away in a day, a week, or even a month. The feeling you felt in that relationship and hardships you'd been through with your partner it hurts. I work out everyday, run everyday, surround myself with good friends, i got into modeling and acting and occupy myself as much as possible and the little feelings it still hurts. If i can give one piece of advice is to occupy yourself with as many good things and good habits as possible. Cut out every single commutation you have with your ex partner as i know how tempting it is to text. A hot take is that Heartbreak is the best and worst thing to happen to you. Reputition learning how to deal with things maturely, the first girl you meet you most likely wont marry or have kids with neither the second one. Always be prepared for the worst and look towards the best which is the future :)

Just believe that distance doesn't exist, there is only time between you and them, time to travel.. So thank them, and then, you need to allow yourself to go forward. Enjoy solitude.. I wasn't able to eat anything during that time, while I was on vacation in Morocco and we had 48°C constantly. It took me 4 months to get back to life and I started working out again. Now after a year I went from 79 kg back to 96 kg with the best body I ever had. I'm thankful that I witnessed so much pain without going insane. That took my body and my mindset to the next level, I still have to face some challenges in order to abandon my past, but I'm very optimistic about that. It would be of great help if you make a video on it cuz majority of us introverted bros suffer from this. For example:- I in a busy stall asked the worker there for a bottle of water, I literally asked him around 7 times, but then one man walks in a gets what he wants in one go, like bruv 😞, what am I doing wrong?
