Whis's whole thing was not to think before you act, when you think it takes time and you slow yourself down like in real life. People when they do something for years or thousands of times, you can do those actions not even thinking about it, it just becomes muscle memory.

He died, but was resurrected using the dragonballs by his henchmen. Shinron warned the henchmen that Frieza would be resurrected in pieces because his body was blown apart when he died, but the henchmen went ahead with the wish anyway. Frieza was reassembled at his ship using a healing chamber and attaching mechanical parts to his body.

He didnt absorb it, though everyone at the time(including me) thought so The Spirit Bomb became a Black Hole at that time Goku fell on it, which is why he disappeared, and his body had to fight his way out of it or be desintegrated, pushing him to break his limits

Jiren was literally blocking SSG Goku's punches with just his fingers . Also Goku did see Jiren do 2 things . He saw Jiren blow up Kale when she was Berserk and he saw Jiren knock off the Blue person with just the force of his punch .also also . I cant believe you just said that Toppo is close to Jiren's power . Toppo already told Goku wayyy before the Tournament started that if Goku could only fight Toppo to a draw, then he has no chance against Jiren . That was literally implying that Jiren was wayyy stronger than Toppo . And no Jiren doesnt have Ultra Instinct . Just dont think of him as having Ultra Instinct at all . He's just strong asf

I gotta admit the only time I remember Goku getting dominated and toyed around with to this extent was 18 years ago on Namek when Frieza jumped up to 50% against Goku. In fact many will say the majority of episode 109 this battle is almost like a mirror of Goku vs. Frieza, but this is honestly much worse. By the time of the Tournament Of Power, even *Base Goku* it is at a level where he can effortlessly clap *SSJ Vegito (Buu Saga)*. Add-on a whole bunch of transformations SSJ1 through 3, upping it to the godly SSJB and amping it 20 fold to Push his Ultimate Attack The Spirit Bomb. And He's still barely moving this man. Jiren basically saying "is that all you got?" At least during the Frieza fight on Namek, you knew Frieza is at half power. But here you still get the sense that Jiren is far from even 5%. It's really scary when you think about it, not even breaking a sweat. And here's the theoretical problem with Goku, he has become too strong for his own good. He is gotten way too confident in his own power. The irresistible force vs. the inmovable object. Especially when Whis says "He's as strong as a destroyer. There's a mortal that is rumored to surpassed his OWN detroyer." To which Belmod hears this and confirms. Jiren is stronger than Belmod, who I myself have pegged as a Mid Tier God of Destruction. It explained why Jiren was slapping Goku around so effortlessly, things seemed bleak. Watching him raise from the pillar of light, was the moment that most closely recaptured the hype of the original SSJ transformation. Then to watch ultra instinct trade blows with this freak, It was so freaking lit and fire to watch Belmod's face go from smug to horror and panic. And in even then Goku only managed to tag him a couple of times. You can hear the desperation in his voice when he realizes this UI form is about to run out. Episode 110 could not have been written any better. The soundtrack, The fight corolography, the gods reactions, Whis marking out and the brilliant cliffhanger at the end. What an episode!

Vegeta refusing to share energy for the spirit bomb ironically kinda saved Goku, because Vegeta blasted Ribrianne when she was targeting Goku. If he needed to recharge, Goku would be a sitting duck
