You have to keep in mind, a saiyan''s tail gives them ten times more power. And, as a super saiyan, that's fifty times the power. However, the Kakarotto from a different dimension managed to retain his tail and increase his power way beyond, so it makes sense he would seem far stronger in Master UI, against Goku from Universe 7

I don't think super sayian and MUI can mix to create a new transformation, simply because super sayian is fueled by rage while MUI is the absence of any emotion, and if goku were to let his anger go while in MUI, the form would simply dissipate into the lesser super sayian transformation

No. Canonically, as whis explained, MUI can only be reached when every limb of the body starts moving independently, without direction from the mind, moving purely out of instinct. The mind must be clear of thoughts and emotions, the user most focus on the fight, and the fight alone. If goku did rage, then MUI would have broken, and he would have been back to super saiyan or even base form, seeing as how MUI technically isnt a transformation either.
