I think it was just yesterday that I put a comment on an older video asking if anyone knew how to set up that ball catching tarp creation. What nice timing! If this gets read, I don’t suppose you could share some more detailed looks on that so I can get a better idea of how to build out the structure. I think most players put too much emphasis on the quad and the front chain. Even a motion that looks like a quad-centered motion, the glutes and the back chain exerts more than 70% of the power of the quad
