The match was overhyped, we had a right to get emotionally invested and therefor we have a right to voice our negative opinion. We can criticize scripted entertainment, that's why critics and reviewers exist. This made Lesnar look terrible after how much WWE put him over in the past 3 years. We feel robbed, we wanted to see a badass match between two legit fucking beasts. But instead they just squashed Lesnar like he was James Ellsworth. If Goldberg had been beaten in 30 seconds, would you had enjoyed it for what it was?
@MetalGod-id8st8 жыл бұрын
Joshua Sixx no but that's what scripts are for. To make the better hero look stronger.
@StrivedeLaLear8 жыл бұрын
Prassy Venketesh Heroes don't look strong by beating a villain who just lays down for him. It was presented as a fight, it should've been a fight. It would've made Goldberg look strong if he had taken some bumps and got a second wind, fought back and won. Goldberg has looked stronger in the past.

FAP Reactions what if they used this win for Goldberg to actually win Rumble, and the championship.... but put over.. say.. Finn Balor at mania for the championship. Considering the way they booked Goldberg to win, I don't think it would make sense to anyone for them to have another match and Brock actually put up a fight when he got destroyed (speaking in perspective of the storyline). I think they may use this win for Goldberg to put someone else over in the end.

I'd rather see a competitive match between two legit monsters. How did Lesnar lose in 30 seconds in his prime like this after establishing his dominance in WWE yet when he was a rookie he put up a better fight against Goldberg?

U guys are way to young to realize how dominant Goldberg was when he was in his prime. As dominant as lesnar has been Goldberg was just as dominant if not more. Also Lesnar doesn't give a shit about anything other than money, thats another thing you guys are forgetting. Lesnar has said numerous times that he is not nor has every been a fan of professional wrestling so as much as I didn't really care for Goldberg when he was in his prime I am glad he destroyed Lesnar.

When you have no clue about the father of Brock Lesnar you can say it's garbage. Words like MONSTER And BEAST were ORIGINALLY used to describe Goldberg.

Oh please, dude in the wooden chair, get over yourself. People have been complaining for months about Brock doing this exact thing to people for YEARS. More importantly, Goldberg is the only guy who can sell beating Brock in such a manner. Goldberg deserved that send off, for all the joy he brought to fans for years. If you cannot appreciate that gtfo frankly. That was pure nostalgic goodness, and they established that Brock, much like Superman, has a Kryptonite. There was absolutely nothing wrong with that match.

EXATCLY! I have been saying since the beginning of brocks dominance I mean squash matches that the only one who can beat brock would be Goldberg apart from him no other person will beat him!

My Face was literally like the 2 with the Caps and i fucking loved it. This was an epic "oldschool AA Beating"... they booked Goldberg, they did the Promo and let's be real. this is exactly how his career was built. WWE went for the "WTF moment" and they did the fucking right choice.

FAP Reactions Sorry dude this isnt garbage. that was a great match. Goldberg is a muy thai kick boxer. he owns gyms that lesnar trains at. He trained his ass of to get in the same shape he was in when he beat lesnar the first time. lesnar was over confident. that was his downfall in this match. Goldberg was focused. Percise. Powerful. Lesnar only suplexes people a shit ton of times and the f5s them. Even in UFC the only thing he could do was ground and pound. Its very possible that if they were to step in an octagon, Goldberg would be 3 in 0 against lesnar.

Goldberg had a streak of 173-0 in WCW. I grew up watching Goldberg. If you know Goldberg like I do, you would have been shocked if this went any other way. People, this is who Goldberg is. This is what WCW and WWE made him to be. He does not give a fuck about Lesnar beating Undertakers streak or how dominant Lesnar has been. None of them were Goldberg. Seriously, just google "Goldberg WCW record".
