It is part and parcel of the brand and as such part and parcel of his job. Do you think United gets all these huge sponsorship deals, etc. because of merit? Ten Hag HIMSELF has said that at United he can't play the style of play for which he was brought in for and played at Ajax. That alone should completely turn you off having him as a manager. The plan your board and high-up management had when they bought ETH was completely thrown under the bus when he refused to play his 'famous' style of football. Apart from that, how many shocking decisions have there been on and off the pitch? Terrible man management? Terrible substitutions? Shocking blaming of everything but what needs to be blamed after disgraceful 5,6,7 nil losses. He's not the man who will take you to success, if you can't see that, you need help

Thing is, give most managers time and the club will be more successful. Not everyone can do a pep or klopp, but changing manager every couple years does nothing. Better to change a few players around and keep the squad hungry but that'd be the more expensive route so clubs prefer changing managers
