Slow Ride. I worked at a Biker Rally for 4 years, about 10 years ago, and we invited Fog Hat. My job for the night was to drive the drummer, Roger Earl, around in a go-cart. He was the nicest, most grateful and real person I've met. It was truly a great experience. I think he told me "thank you" a hundred times. And he cried when they left the venue. What a guy!!

I use a software that my CPA has and isn't available to the public. What I have recommended is MY RESELLER GENIE. Link below my videos. That is the best overall software for reselling that I have seen.

@@goldenstatepicker Lots of severe thunderstorms between March and April as the season changes from winter to spring. That's what I meant by treat. 😉 The summer heat and humidity is terrible but overall the weather is pretty nice for the most part.

I love North Carolina. And I'm not a fan of having two places to live. However, it would be nice if something happened and you needed another house, but if you sold the San Jose house and invested that money, it would be a nice cushion in case anything happens in NC. I enjoy selling on Ebay, but if I had a house in San Jose and could sell it and put that money to work for me, it would cause a lot of peace of mind, knowing you had that cushion. But I don't have a dog in this race, so it's all up to you. I know several people who have summer houses and winter houses and vacay houses and BNBs, but since I'm 63, I just want peace of mind. @@goldenstatepicker
