A smoke filled interior. Had that on Friday night when the diesel heater in the back of my ambulance failed and filled the rear with diesel smoke. Luckily,I was waiting to pick up a passenger, so no drama. Just opened all the doors and vented the vehicle.

I have learnt from Ron Pratts U Tube channel that a locked wheel skids in the direction of pull but a rolling wheel goes in the direct[on it is pointing. Keep on with your channel it is always interesting.

That happens a lot with Mercs that have stood for over 2 weeks without moving, brakes lock up but its an easy fix and not all that costly from what I remember of mine. Cheers Kev, see you next week.

God video. I liked the way it's indexed. Interesting you mentioned the Avensis taxi having a chain cam failure, even though you said cam belt (same thing, different material). It probably didn't have the extra oil service needed for nearly double the normal usage. Those Toyota AD diesel engines are also known for headgasket issues. Same as the Land Rover.

I've got a Phobia for trucks right now a B double truck ran me off the road on Wednesday tried a Pit maneuver on the back end of my car and spun me around infront of truck then along side dragging me with it was very scary not just for me but i had 2 kids in car with me. Wrote off a brand new government car watching this is supposed to be settling my nerves lol

Great Vlog again Kev, I'm loving the variety of content your doing at the moment, I still wonder why people buy cars hardly drive them and then scrap them and there really low mileage, cars are ment to be driven not to look pretty on a driveway. Can I ask you Kev, is your job great weight control because you must walk some miles around your truck each day/week. You should have a pedometer and tell us how many steps you do each day/week, I think that would be very interesting and another slight dimension to your Vlogs.

This week Kev tours seaside resorts and not a Basil Fawlty or chippy lunch to be seen! I've got videos of trains on the Harbour branch, I was going to add it's not been disused that long, but then I think it was something like 15 or more years ago! I can remember it was a right guddle of streets navigating from the main station to the harbour (essentially just keep going downhill and stop before you get wet, going back was worse as every way was uphill!) Still amazes me how little mileage some cars clock up in their lifetime - "couldn't live without it..." are they all the little old lady that only drove to the shops once a week?!

I noticed when you was dragging the Mercedes off the driveway that your truck was across the road there was tire marks in the grass I’m sure they’re not yours but could you have put your truck on the road without going on the grass and still recovered the vehicle in question thank you very much I have only been watching your channel for a couple of weeks and it’s cracking stuff mate I like the tight corners you get yourself into
