If we learn anything from this man, my take is that 1) he does a flatter swing plane to make it easier and more reliable and efficient ball strike 2) keep your head and eyes relatively still towards the ball before contact and even after the ball strike with his eyes still on the ball position

my dad is 60, hits the same distance as Fox Legend but he's in the 90-100 range. Swings way too hard to try to hit it far, no preshot routine, very ragey on the course. Should I show him this video?

OK, the White Fox is an inspiring golfer. His putting was relatable; to long, top side, missed comebacker. Still, he lumbers on to the next hole and rolls in yet another 30'er to take the skins. I would have been down on myself for the 3-putt bogeys, scoffed off the 30' as pure luck, and walked off with a high-eighty round. If I were the white fox, low-eighties would be a given and my fake 7 hdcp would not be in constant jeopordy.
