Good News for Guinea Pig! 🎉

I lost my guinea pig this morning, she was my first guinea pig and also my first pet. She was going to turn six in one and a half month. I have just been feeling sad today, but seeing this video just make my heart warm and make me feel happy❤ I hope all of the squeaky creatures in this world are happy and healthy🐹

I cant remember when her surgery was but it seems to be quite common for them to pass clots once the bladder has fully healed and the "scab" from the incision inside the bladder comes away. The exact same happened to my boar and a few of my friends pigs after a bladder surgery.

Yay!! Thank goodness Phoebe is feeling better! 🥳 My senior piggy, Pouncey, had some bloody urine and sediment building up in his bladder about 10 months after he had a big stone removed, so his vet prescribed Hydrochlorothiazide and Potassium Citrate to flush the sediment out, and now his bladder is completely clear again! She did say, however, that not all piggies can tolerate these medications, so I feel very fortunate. Pouncey will have to continue taking both prescriptions for the rest of his life, but they're just part of his breakfast routine now, and I don't notice any side effects at all. Thank you SO SO SO much for sharing your experiences with us - it has made such a big difference in the quality of my piggies' lives! 💜

We just lost our sweet piggy Daisy a little over a week ago. She wouldn't take the syringe of critical care, even though my other two love having a syringe of water or critical care. I think that it is a good practice to feed them from it so that they are used to it.

Hello! I absolutely love Your Channel and Guinea pigs, I’ve had around 10 piggies and I ❤ how u add the little speeches 😊, right now I’ve got 2 males called Willow and Chip, As there 2 other friends died last year, Po and Bumble, I recently Sold 2 Females as we couldn’t afford to pay for them, I’m sos sorry about Roxy 🕊️and it’s great news for Pheobe, I have 1 rabbit, 1 dog and recently rescued 21 hens so I now have 33 as I already had 12, I hope everyone is having a great day ❤

Their so cute! I have had hamsters for a long time and I’m ready for something that takes more care. I was thinking about ferrets and chinchillas, and then I remembered guinea pigs! I was wanting one in the past, but I still had a dog and that wasn’t the best idea but now that she passed, we are able to get piggy piggies! One of our piggies was peeing a reddish pink bit of wee. We found out it was being caused by dandelions in an herbal treat. Who knew their foods can affect their pee color!? So glad little Phoebe is better!!!
