I live on the Oregon coast. I worked at a meals on wheels for 20 years. Everything was home made. We cooked for 150 people fresh every morning. We also packaged freezer meals for the weekend.

Can you show some with roast beef and steaks too. Love chicken but stomach sometimes can't tolerate the fatty meats like pork; no gall bladder, lol. So kind of stuck with lean beef and chicken most of the time. But it all gets old without new recipes in my stash. Thanks for doing these. Got the tv trays ordered today.

What temperature to cook the chicken?

Usually bake at 320-350 degrees...but at any temp you bake it...the internal temp of the chicken at fattest part should be 165 degrees. Hope that helps!

Welcome to my channel my friends. I reheat the dinners in the oven, I transfer the food from the tray to a pie plate that is oven safe and reheat 350° until heated through which takes just about 15 minutes. The microwave works well I just prefer the oven. Old School. Lol

I wonder if you were to take the spinach and cream cheese, shape it into oblong "balls" to fit the thigh, then freeze the mixture before rolling it up in the thigh? I am SO going to make these recipes. lol Also, does the rice change any after it's been frozen? Texture the same?

I'd much rather eat one of your beautiful meals than MOW. I can't believe how much they charge for that service! $8.00 per meal and you barely get anything! Honestly, it's cheaper to buy a Michelina's meal and deal with the high blood sugar and blood pressure. I'm disabled and it's extremely difficult for me to make my own meals so I end of settling for a can of something that isn't healthy for me. I think I can make a few of these meals, it might require a bar stool to sit on, but I think I can do it. Let's hope because these look so tasty!
