Tori has such precise runs it’s unreal. I’ve still yet to see that woman flub a single note. Also Dinah Jane is very underrated in terms of musical creativity. Not just her runs but her overall note changes have always been fantastic. It’s pretty obvious she’s a Mariah/Beyoncé/Leona girl. She’s been doing Beyoncé’s 47-note Ego run on IG and at live shows recently and she’s been killing it.

I don’t think Normani’s issue is that she undersings or doesn’t explore out of her comfort range, she literally has the widest vocal range out of the group. I think its actually quite the opposite, she tries to go for the big acrobatic vocals when her technique isn’t necessarily set up for all of that. She needs to build a solid foundation and fix her issues with support

There are many people that are either as good as or better than Mariah at agility. However, the differences aren't much as her voice is almost at the top tier. The biggest thing that distinguish Mariah from the others is her musicianship in every single part of her voice. It doesn't only showcase her abilities but also sounds really good most of the times and not being overdo. She might not be the best at every aspect of music and vocalism, but she has a perfect TOP BALANCE between them. I would prefer the one with 8.5-9/10 at every aspect rather than a 10/10 at a single one and being average at the rest. I saw some comments saying Mariah is overrated, but I think they just don't understand her thoroughly. I won't criticize any but just to suggest you to do some more researches about her before making any statement.

Agree with everything you said except when you said there are people as good or better than Mariah in agility, Mariah is agile in every register even in whistle, in every vocal areas even in lower register, in her prime you can't hear all the notes even when she belt, you can hear the belt but not the run, when you slow down the performances you notice many runs that often go unnoticed because they are too fast and connected with melody, in fact often in these types of videos Mariah's best runs are never included, also in this video, and if you talk about agility in general you also talk about Appoggiatura, trills, transitions, octave jump and so on, even these skills are part of agility , not only the runs in which however Mariah is the best. Mariah's agility is unmatched, especially in her prime, And the musicality, the perfect placement, her completeness and what you yourself talked about are the reason why she is and probably will always remain the standard when it comes to agility, in her prime or not.
